이용약관Terms of Service

alt1 STUDIO(이하 “회사”)의 모바일 게임과 웹사이트(이하 “서비스”)를 찾아 주셔서 고맙습니다. 이 약관은 서비스를 이용하는 조건을 정합니다.

1 소개

서비스와 그 안의 콘텐츠는 회사가 운영하며, 일부는 협력사와 함께 제공합니다. 서비스를 이용하시기 전에 이 약관을 한 번 읽어 주세요.

2 약관의 적용

  • 게임을 설치하거나 서비스를 이용하시면 이 약관과 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
  • 회사는 관련 법령을 지키는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전부터, 이용자에게 불리한 내용은 30일 전부터 게임 또는 이 웹사이트에 알립니다. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으시면 이용을 중단하실 수 있습니다.
  • 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다.

3 용어의 정의

  • 게임 재화: 코인, 보석처럼 게임 안에서만 쓰는 가상의 재화
  • 유료 상품: 실제 돈을 내고 구매하는 게임 재화, 아이템, 광고 제거 등의 상품
  • 이용 제한: 서비스 이용을 일정 기간 또는 영구히 막는 조치
  • 스토어: 게임을 내려받고 유료 상품을 결제하는 Google Play와 App Store

4 이용 권한과 게임 기록

  • 서비스는 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다. 회사는 이용자에게 개인적이고 비상업적인 목적으로 서비스를 이용할 수 있는, 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없는 사용권을 드립니다.
  • 게임 진행 정보는 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행 정보가 사라질 수 있습니다.
  • 광고 제거처럼 한 번 사서 계속 쓰는 상품은, 게임이 복원 기능을 제공하는 경우 같은 스토어 계정으로 되찾을 수 있습니다.

5 무단 거래 금지

게임 재화, 아이템, 유료 상품을 현금이나 다른 재화로 사고팔거나, 선물하거나, 다른 사람에게 넘기는 것은 허용되지 않습니다. 회사는 이런 거래를 인정하거나 도와드리지 않으며, 이 거래로 생긴 손해는 거래한 당사자가 책임집니다.

6 부정행위·해킹 금지

다음 행위는 금지됩니다.

  • 게임을 변조하거나 허가받지 않은 프로그램으로 이득을 얻는 행위
  • 게임을 역설계(리버스 엔지니어링)하거나 분해하는 행위
  • 게임의 오류를 알고도 악용하는 행위
  • 고객지원을 속이거나 거짓 정보로 보상·환불을 받으려는 행위
  • 다른 사람에게 위 행위를 하도록 부추기는 행위

7 이용 제한

이 약관을 어기면 회사는 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 먼저 알려 드리는 것이 원칙이지만, 다른 이용자에게 피해가 커질 우려가 있는 급한 경우에는 먼저 제한한 뒤 알려 드립니다. 이의가 있으시면 고객지원 메일로 알려 주세요. 확인해서 잘못된 제한이면 바로 풀어 드립니다.

8 서비스 중단

  • 회사는 서비스가 안정적으로 돌아가도록 노력하지만, 점검이나 장애로 서비스가 잠시 멈출 수 있습니다. 미리 알릴 수 있는 경우에는 미리 알립니다.
  • 모든 기기에서 게임이 똑같이 동작한다고 보장하지는 않습니다.
  • 게임 서비스를 종료할 때는 30일 전에 게임 또는 이 웹사이트에 알립니다. 남아 있는 유료 상품은 관련 법령과 소비자분쟁해결기준에 따라 처리합니다.

9 서비스 안의 광고

  • 게임 안과 주변에 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 보상형 광고는 이용자가 원할 때만 보며, 끝까지 보면 안내된 보상을 받습니다.
  • 광고의 내용과 광고를 통해 연결되는 상품·서비스는 광고주가 책임지며, 광고가 나온다고 해서 회사가 그 상품을 보증하는 것은 아닙니다.

10 가격과 결제

  • 유료 상품은 각 스토어의 결제 수단과 정책에 따라 결제됩니다. 구매 전에 상품 내용과 가격, 청약철회 가능 여부를 확인해 주세요.
  • 미성년자가 법정대리인의 동의 없이 결제한 경우, 미성년자 본인 또는 법정대리인은 그 결제를 취소할 수 있습니다. 다만 법정대리인이 쓰도록 허락한 용돈 안에서 한 결제 등 법령이 정한 경우는 제외됩니다.
  • 게임 재화와 유료 상품은 해당 게임에서만 쓸 수 있고 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다. 이용자는 이를 게임 안에서 쓸 권리를 가지며, 그 자체의 권리는 회사에 있습니다.
  • 무작위로 결과가 정해지는 상품을 판매하는 경우, 게임 안에서 상품의 종류와 확률을 공개합니다.

청약철회와 환불.

  • 유료 상품은 구매한 날부터 7일 안에, 사용하지 않았다면 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다.
  • 이미 사용했거나 구매 즉시 적용되는 상품은 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며, 이 경우 구매 화면에 미리 알려 드립니다.
  • 상품의 내용이 표시·광고와 다르거나 약속과 다르게 제공된 경우에는 받은 날부터 3개월 안에, 그 사실을 안 날(또는 알 수 있었던 날)부터 30일 안에 청약을 철회할 수 있습니다.
  • 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 절차 또는 고객지원 메일로 요청하실 수 있습니다. 환불이 끝나면 지급된 상품은 회수됩니다.
  • 결제를 부정하게 취소하거나 환불받은 뒤 상품을 계속 쓰는 경우, 회사는 해당 상품을 회수하고 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

11 지적재산권

게임과 웹사이트의 그림, 캐릭터, 음악, 글, 프로그램 등에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 회사의 허락 없이 복제, 배포, 변형하거나 영리 목적으로 이용할 수 없습니다.

12 손해 배상

이용자가 이 약관을 어겨 회사나 다른 사람에게 손해를 입힌 경우, 이용자는 그 손해를 배상해야 합니다.

13 보증의 한계

회사는 서비스를 제공 시점의 상태 그대로 제공합니다. 서비스가 끊기거나 오류가 전혀 없을 것이라고 보장하지는 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 과실로 생긴 문제는 회사가 책임집니다.

14 책임의 한도

  • 회사는 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 회사가 막을 수 없는 사유로 서비스를 제공하지 못한 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 회사는 이용자의 잘못(앱 삭제, 기기 분실 등)으로 생긴 손해에 대해, 회사의 고의 또는 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 이 조항은 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서만 적용됩니다.

15 기타

  • 이 약관의 일부가 효력을 잃더라도 나머지 조항은 그대로 유효합니다.
  • 이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따릅니다. 분쟁은 먼저 대화로 해결하도록 노력하며, 소송이 필요한 경우 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 다툽니다.

1 Introduction

The Service and its content are operated by us, and some parts are provided together with our partners. Please take a moment to read these terms before you use the Service.

2 Applicability

  • By installing our games or using the Service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • We may update these terms as allowed by law. We'll post changes in the game or on this website at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that work against you. If you don't agree, you can stop using the Service.
  • We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

3 Definitions

  • Virtual currency: coins, gems, and other currency that exists only inside a game
  • Paid items: virtual currency, items, ad removal, and anything else bought with real money
  • Restriction: blocking use of the Service for a period of time or permanently
  • Store: Google Play or the App Store, where you download our games and make purchases

4 Your license and game data

  • You can play without creating an account. We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the Service.
  • Your game progress is stored on your device. Deleting the app or switching devices may erase it.
  • Items you buy once and keep, such as ad removal, can be restored with the same store account if the game offers a restore option.

5 No unauthorized trading

You may not buy, sell, gift, or transfer virtual currency, items, or paid items for money or anything else. We don't recognize or support such trades, and anyone who takes part in them is responsible for any resulting loss.

6 No cheating or hacking

You may not:

  • Modify our games or use unauthorized programs to gain an advantage
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our games
  • Knowingly exploit bugs
  • Mislead our support team or use false information to get rewards or refunds
  • Encourage anyone else to do any of the above

7 Restrictions

If you break these terms, we may restrict your use of the Service. We'll normally tell you first, but in urgent cases where other players could be harmed, we may restrict access first and tell you afterward. If you disagree, email our support team. If we find the restriction was a mistake, we'll lift it right away.

8 Interruptions

  • We work to keep the Service running smoothly, but maintenance or outages may pause it. When we can, we'll let you know in advance.
  • We can't guarantee our games will work the same on every device.
  • If we shut down a game, we'll announce it in the game or on this website 30 days in advance. Any remaining paid items will be handled according to applicable law and consumer dispute resolution standards.

9 Ads in the Service

  • Ads may appear in and around our games. Rewarded ads are always your choice, and you get the stated reward when you watch to the end.
  • Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for anything you reach through them. Showing an ad doesn't mean we endorse the product.

10 Pricing and payment

  • Paid items are purchased through each store's payment methods and policies. Please check the item, price, and refund terms before you buy.
  • If a minor makes a purchase without a parent or guardian's consent, the minor or their parent or guardian may cancel it, except in cases set by law (for example, purchases made with pocket money the parent allowed the minor to spend).
  • Virtual currency and paid items can only be used in the game they belong to and can't be exchanged for cash. You get the right to use them in the game; we keep the rights to the items themselves.
  • If we sell items with random outcomes, we'll show what's inside and the odds in the game.

Cancellations and refunds.

  • You can cancel a purchase within 7 days of buying it, as long as you haven't used it.
  • Items that have been used, or that take effect the moment you buy them, may not be eligible. We'll tell you on the purchase screen when this applies.
  • If an item isn't what was described or advertised, you can cancel within 3 months of receiving it, and within 30 days of when you found out (or could have found out).
  • To request a refund, use your store's refund process or email our support team. Once a refund is processed, the item is removed from your game.
  • If a payment is fraudulently reversed, or you keep using an item after getting a refund, we may remove the item and restrict your use of the Service.

11 Intellectual property

All art, characters, music, text, software, and other content in our games and on this website belong to us or their rightful owners. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use them commercially without our permission.

12 Indemnification

If you break these terms and cause loss to us or anyone else, you are responsible for compensating that loss.

13 Disclaimer

We provide the Service as it is at the time. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. However, we are responsible for problems caused by our intent or negligence.

14 Limitation of liability

  • We're not responsible when we can't provide the Service because of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or network outages.
  • We're not responsible for losses caused by your own actions (such as deleting the app or losing your device), unless we acted intentionally or negligently.
  • This section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

15 Miscellaneous

  • If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the rest stays in effect.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We'll try to resolve any dispute by talking first. If it has to go to court, it will be handled by the court with jurisdiction under Korea's Civil Procedure Act.
  • If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version applies.
