alt1 STUDIO(이하 “회사”)는 모바일 게임과 이 웹사이트(이하 “서비스”)를 운영합니다. 이 방침은 서비스를 이용하실 때 회사가 어떤 정보를 받고, 어떻게 쓰고, 누구와 나누는지 설명합니다. 회사는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다.
1 수집하는 정보
기기와 이용 기록. 게임에 들어 있는 광고 서비스가 광고 식별자(Android 광고 ID, iOS IDFA는 이용자가 허용한 경우에만), 기기 정보(모델명, 운영체제, 언어·국가 설정), IP 주소, 광고 노출·클릭 기록을 수집합니다. 회사는 이 정보로 이용자 개인이 누구인지 알아보지 않습니다.
직접 보내 주신 정보. 문의 메일을 보내시면 이메일 주소와 보내 주신 내용(게임 이름, 기기 모델, 화면 캡처 등)을 받습니다.
구매 정보. 유료 상품을 사시면 주문 번호, 상품, 구매 시각처럼 구매 확인에 필요한 정보만 받습니다. 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보는 Google Play와 App Store가 직접 처리하며 회사는 받지 않습니다.
받지 않는 정보. 회원가입이 없어 이름, 전화번호, 주소를 묻지 않습니다. 연락처, 사진, 캘린더에도 접근하지 않습니다. 게임 진행 상황과 설정은 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이 가운데 무엇이든 필요해지면 먼저 허락을 구하고 이 방침에 적습니다.
이 웹사이트. 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다. 고르신 언어(한국어·영어)만 브라우저에 저장하며, 브라우저 설정에서 지울 수 있습니다. 웹사이트를 운영하는 호스팅 서비스는 보안을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소, 접속 시각)을 남길 수 있습니다.
쓰는 곳. 문의 답변과 오류 해결, 구매한 상품 지급·확인·환불, 게임 안 광고 제공과 광고 보상 지급, 부정 이용 방지와 광고 성과 측정, 법령상 의무 이행에만 씁니다.

2 위치 정보
회사는 GPS 같은 정확한 위치 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 서비스는 IP 주소로 대략적인 나라·지역을 추정해 그 지역에 맞는 광고를 보여 줄 수 있으며, 이 정보로 이용자 개인을 알아보지 않습니다.
3 정보 공유
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 허락 없이 다른 곳에 제공하지 않습니다. 이용자가 동의한 경우와 아래 5번, 7번에 적은 경우만 예외입니다.
4 광고
게임 안 광고는 광고 서비스가 광고 식별자로 파악한 관심사에 맞춰 보일 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 기기와 연결될 뿐, 이름 같은 이용자의 신원과는 연결되지 않습니다. 원하지 않으시면 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.

5 외부 서비스
회사는 광고, 결제처럼 서비스를 운영하는 데 필요한 일에 Google, Apple 등 외부 회사의 도움을 받습니다. 이 회사들은 광고 식별자, IP 주소, 기기 정보 같은 정보에 접근할 수 있으며, 서비스 운영을 돕는 범위에서 각자의 개인정보처리방침(Google, Apple)에 따라 처리합니다. 이 정보는 대한민국 밖의 서버에서 저장·처리될 수 있습니다. 원하지 않으시면 4번의 방법으로 광고 추적을 끄거나 게임을 삭제하실 수 있습니다.
6 보안
회사는 정보를 다루는 사람을 꼭 필요한 담당자로 제한하고, 정보가 오가는 구간에는 암호화된 통신을 쓰며, 담당자에게 개인정보 보호 교육을 합니다. 결제 정보는 스토어가 암호화해 처리합니다. 다만 인터넷에서 완벽하게 안전한 전송·저장 방법은 없으므로, 문제가 생기면 법에 따라 바로 알려 드리고 필요한 조치를 합니다.
7 특별한 경우
다음의 경우에는 이용자의 동의 없이 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 그 사실을 알려 드립니다.

alt1 STUDIO (“we”, “us”) runs mobile games and this website (together, the “Service”). This policy explains what information we receive when you use the Service, how we use it, and who we share it with. We follow Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.
1 Information we collect
Device and usage data. The ad services built into our games collect your advertising ID (Android advertising ID, or iOS IDFA only if you allow it), device info (model, OS, language and region settings), IP address, and ad views and clicks. We don't use this to figure out who you are.
What you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include (game name, device model, screenshots, and so on).
Purchases. When you buy something, we only receive what we need to confirm it, such as the order number, item, and time. Card numbers and other payment details are handled by Google Play or the App Store. We never see them.
What we don't collect. There's no sign-up, so we never ask for your name, phone number, or address, and we don't access your contacts, photos, or calendar. Your game progress and settings stay on your device. If we ever need any of this, we'll ask first and add it to this policy.
This website. No cookies. It only remembers the language you picked (Korean or English) in your browser, which you can clear anytime. Our hosting provider may keep access logs (IP address and time) for security.
How we use it. Only to answer your questions and fix problems, deliver and confirm purchases and handle refunds, show ads and give ad rewards, prevent fraud and measure ad performance, and meet our legal obligations.
How long we keep it. We delete information once we no longer need it. By law, we keep support emails for 3 years after we reply and purchase records for 5 years (Korea's E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act). Game data on your device is deleted when you delete the app. Deleted data can't be recovered.
Children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. A child under 14 needs a parent or guardian's consent to contact us, and if we learn we've collected a child's information without it, we'll delete it right away.
2 Location
We don't collect precise location such as GPS. Ad services may estimate your approximate country or region from your IP address to show relevant local ads, but this isn't used to identify you.
3 Sharing
We don't share your personal information without your permission, except as described in sections 5 and 7.
4 Advertising
Ads in our games may be tailored to interests that ad services infer from your advertising ID. This is linked to your device, not to your identity, and you can turn it off anytime.
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads, then delete or reset your advertising ID.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then turn off tracking requests for the app.
You'll still see ads, just not ones based on your interests. Learn more in How Google uses information in ads and the Apple Privacy Policy. In the EEA and UK, where the law requires, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. We do not sell your personal information for money.
5 Service providers
We work with outside companies such as Google and Apple to help run the Service, for example for ads and payments. They may access information like your advertising ID, IP address, and device info, and handle it under their own privacy policies (Google, Apple) to help us run the Service. This information may be stored and processed on servers outside Korea. If you'd rather not, turn off ad tracking (section 4) or delete the game.
6 Security
Only the people who need your information can access it, it travels over encrypted connections, and our staff are trained on data protection. Payment details are encrypted and handled by the stores. No method of sending or storing data online is perfectly secure, so if something goes wrong, we'll tell you promptly as the law requires and take the necessary steps.
7 Special circumstances
We may share information without your consent in the cases below, and we'll let you know where the law allows.
- When law enforcement or another authority makes a lawful request
- When it's urgently needed to protect the life, safety, or rights of you, us, or others
- If we merge or transfer our business. We'll tell you before any information moves.
8 Changes to this policy
We'll post changes on this website at least 7 days before they take effect and update the date at the bottom. For changes that significantly affect your rights, we'll give 30 days' notice, and we'll ask for your consent again before sharing information in any way we haven't told you about. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version applies.
